WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are actively seeking a dynamic Account Executive with specialized expertise in Digital Advertising. We’re on the lookout for a top-notch closer — someone who not only excels in Digital Advertising but also brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight to the table.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in identifying the most cost-effective solutions to drive business growth for our clients through digital advertising. This client-facing position places heavy emphasis on sales; it is NOT a media buying role. With great growth opportunities and an UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL, this role offers a unique chance to make a significant impact.
This position is a salary + commission based position with an OTE of $150K+
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Actively work towards building a pipeline of qualified leads through research and engagement to ensure they are a good fit for our customer profile
Have a deep understanding of all digital platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads Manager to develop insights and action items intended to increase client revenue MoM.
Conduct regular audits for Meta Accounts, Google Ad Accounts, Email, and all other digital marketing accounts as required
Prepare & deliver compelling sales presentations, both in person and over the phone, to demonstrate how our offerings meet the needs of potential customers and ensure compliance
Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate our value propositions to potential customers
Address customer objections and concerns professionally and persuasively, providing solutions and information to overcome barriers to closing deals, using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about our services
Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas – be an expert in closing!
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system
Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring their satisfaction
Work with leadership to develop new sales strategies and expand
Utilize data tools to seek information required to prospect
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management & communicate with clients, team leads, managers, and executives regarding active and upcoming contracts
Keep up-to-date with the media team, and targeting audience preferences to proactively suggest new campaign ideas when speaking with prospective customers
Surface new digital technologies developments, trends, techniques, and tools to leadership
Communicate updates, progress, and challenges with clients and internal stakeholders
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
5+ years’ experience seeking new business and successfully closing contracts
5+ years’ experience with Facebook or Google advertising platforms
4+ Years’ experience working at a digital marketing agency
Experience working with email/sms, and website development is considered an asset
Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems
Identify areas of opportunity with clients marketing materials, website, and overall business
Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Experience working with Data tools such as Zoom Info, Rocket Search, Apollo, etc.
Communication skills – the kind where your message gets through to any audience
Creative problem-solving capabilities: think outside the box, inside the box, and all around the box
Ability to prioritize the priorities at the moment; know what you need to do and when you need to do it
Collaborate effectively in a team environment
